Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

1. Introduction & Scope
OneVibe – maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse
and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to, grooming, solicitation, trafficking, and the
creation, possession, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).This policy applies to
all users, content, communications, and activities across:
- The OneVibe mobile application
- The OneVibe website
- Any related services or digital platforms operated by OneVibe
2. Age Restriction (18+ Only)
OneVibe is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Minors are not permitted to create accounts or access the platform.
- We do not knowingly collect, use, or store personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

If a user is identified or suspected to be under 18:
- Their account is immediately suspended or terminated
- Associated data is promptly deleted in accordance with legal requirements
3. Definitions

CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation): Any behavior, communication, or content that depicts,
promotes, facilitates, or supports the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.

CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Any visual, audio, or written content involving minors in sexually
explicit activities.

Grooming: Attempts to build emotional relationships or trust with minors for the purpose of sexual
exploitation or abuse.
- Trafficking: The exchange of money, goods, services, or benefits for sexual acts involving minors.
4. Zero-Tolerance Policy
OneVibe strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity related to CSAE or CSAM.Any user found engaging
in or supporting such activities will face:
- Immediate suspension or permanent account termination
- Mandatory reporting to appropriate law enforcement and child-protection authorities
There are no exceptions to this policy.
5. Prevention & Detection Measures
To protect users and maintain platform safety, OneVibe implements:
- Automated and manual content moderation by Trust & Safety teams
- Clear Community Guidelines defining prohibited behavior
- Age-verification measures to prevent underage access
- Ongoing monitoring for suspicious behavior or content
- Internal staff training on child safety and abuse prevention
6. Reporting Mechanisms
OneVibe encourages all users to report suspected CSAE or unsafe behavior immediately.Reports can be submitted

7. Response Protocols
Upon receiving a CSAE-related report, OneVibe will:
- Immediately remove the reported content (where applicable)
- Suspend or permanently terminate involved accounts

OneVibe CSAE Policy complies with applicable child-protection laws and regulations, including but not
limited to:

Regular policy reviews, system audits, and staff training ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
